Section One
Privacy Policy
Thank you for using Debt Organizer. Your privacy is important to us. This document explains how the Debt Organizer app handles information, along with the terms governing the use of the application. By downloading or using Debt Organizer, you agree to the policies and terms described below.
1. Information We Collect
Debt Organizer does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal information by default. All information entered into the app, including but not limited to debts, bills, interest rates (APR), payment schedules, payment history, financial calculations, and notes or descriptions, is stored locally on your device only.
Optional Account Feature
Debt Organizer includes an optional Sign in with Apple feature. This feature is not required to use the app. Users may choose to sign in to enable secure data syncing across devices.
- Your data may be stored securely using Apple-managed iCloud services.
- Data remains private and tied to your Apple ID.
- The developer does not have access to your personal or financial data.
This information is never accessible to the developer and is not used for tracking or analytics.
2. Data Storage
All information created or entered in Debt Organizer is stored locally on your device using Apple’s built-in storage systems. Debt Organizer does not operate external servers or databases containing user financial information.
If Sign in with Apple is used:
- Data may be securely synced through Apple-managed iCloud infrastructure.
- Data is stored in private Apple-managed iCloud storage.
Because all data remains on your device or within Apple’s secure systems:
- We cannot access your financial information.
- We cannot recover lost data.
- We cannot view or analyze your usage.
If the application is deleted, some or all stored data may also be removed depending on your device and iCloud settings.
3. Financial Tools and Estimates
Debt Organizer may include financial tools such as Paycheck Planner, Credit Estimator, Extra Payment Impact, and Debt Snowball vs Avalanche comparisons. These tools use information the user enters directly or information already saved inside the app, such as debts, bills, balances, APRs, payment dates, credit limits, account details, planning preferences, and financial scenarios.
Financial tool inputs, saved accounts, scenarios, estimates, planner settings, comparison preferences, and useful results are stored on the user's device or through Apple-managed sync or backup systems if the user enables those features.
These tools provide educational estimates only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or based on information that has changed. Users should verify balances, APRs, due dates, credit report details, payment history, payment amounts, and account information directly with lenders, banks, credit bureaus, and financial institutions before relying on any result.
The Credit Estimator is not Experian, FICO, VantageScore, a lender, or a credit bureau. It does not create an official credit score, pull a credit report, guarantee a lender decision, or replace information from a credit bureau, lender, bank, or financial institution.
Users should keep device backups, iCloud, or account sync active where available if they want financial tool information to remain available on the same device, on a new device, or after restoring from a backup.
4. Data Sharing
Debt Organizer does not share, sell, rent, or distribute user-entered financial information. The developer does not have access to your debts, bills, payment history, balances, APRs, notes, financial tool inputs, credit-estimator entries, scenarios, estimates, or financial calculations.
The application does not provide user-entered financial data to:
- advertisers
- analytics providers
- marketing platforms
- data brokers
- third-party partners
Debt Organizer uses Google AdMob to display ads. Google AdMob may process limited ad-related data, such as device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, ad impressions, ad interactions, diagnostics, and performance data, to deliver, measure, maintain, and improve ads. This does not include the financial information users enter into Debt Organizer.
5. Tracking & Analytics
Debt Organizer does not use the financial information entered in the app for advertising, behavioral profiling, or analytics.
The application does not use user-entered financial data for:
- personalized financial advertising
- behavioral financial analytics
- location tracking
- device fingerprinting
- selling or sharing financial profiles
Ads shown in the app are provided by Google AdMob and may be contextual or non-personalized. Google AdMob may still process limited ad-related device, diagnostics, performance, advertising, and interaction data as described in Google's advertising and privacy policies.
6. Notifications
Debt Organizer includes optional notification features designed to help users stay on track with upcoming payments.
- Notifications are generated based on user-entered data.
- Notification scheduling is handled locally on the device.
- No notification data is transmitted to external servers.
7. ZyroAI
Debt Organizer includes ZyroAI, an in-app financial assistant designed to provide insights based on user-entered data.
- ZyroAI may use local app context and structured outputs from financial tools to generate responses.
- Responses are generated based on user-provided information, saved app context, scenarios, and internal calculations.
- ZyroAI is intended for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate.
ZyroAI using local app context does not give the developer, website, or support channels automatic access to private financial records. Support can only review information that a user intentionally sends through a support message or email.
8. Support and Communications
Users may contact Debt Organizer through the in-app Message Us feature or by email at debtorganizerapp@gmail.com. These support communications are separate from private financial app data.
If users contact support, they may voluntarily provide:
- name or email address
- message content
- app issue details
- screenshots, device context, or app context if they choose to include them
Users should not send bank logins, full account numbers, Social Security numbers, full credit card numbers, sensitive financial credentials, or other highly sensitive account access information through Message Us or email.
Support messages are used only to respond to questions, troubleshoot issues, improve the app and support experience, and follow up when needed. If a user asks about financial tools through Message Us or email, support can only review what the user chooses to send.
Message Us may rely on Apple-managed services, including iCloud or CloudKit, and delivery may depend on the user being signed into iCloud or having compatible Apple account and device settings. Apple-managed services may be involved in sending, storing, or syncing the support request.
The developer may see support messages and attachments that a user intentionally sends, but this does not automatically provide access to debts, bills, balances, payment history, financial tool entries, credit-estimator details, notes, or other private records saved inside the app.
Support messages may be kept as long as needed to respond, maintain support records, improve the app and support experience, or comply with legal obligations. Users may request deletion of support communications by emailing debtorganizerapp@gmail.com.
For privacy, support, questions, comments, or concerns, contact debtorganizerapp@gmail.com.
9. Security
Because all data is stored locally on your device or securely within Apple’s systems, the security of your information largely depends on your device and Apple account security.
Users are encouraged to:
- use device passcodes or biometric security
- keep their device software updated
- avoid sharing devices containing sensitive financial information
10. Children’s Privacy
Debt Organizer is not directed toward children under the age of 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect improvements or changes to the application. When updates occur, the Effective Date at the top of this document will be updated.
