What is Debt Organizer?
Debt Organizer is an iOS app for organizing debts, bills, payments, reminders, payoff progress, recent activity, and dedicated planning tools. It is focused on monthly financial obligations rather than broad spending categories.
Who is Debt Organizer for?
Debt Organizer is for people who want a clearer way to track credit cards, loans, recurring bills, payment timing, and payoff progress without turning everything into a complicated spreadsheet.
Does Debt Organizer connect directly to my bank?
The app is organized around information saved for planning and review. Official balances, APRs, due dates, transactions, and payment records should be verified with the financial institutions that maintain them.
What types of debts can I track?
You can organize common obligations such as credit cards, auto loans, personal loans, and other debts where a balance, payment amount, due date, APR, or payoff progress is useful to track.
Can I keep zero-balance credit cards in the app?
Yes. Zero-balance cards can remain visible separately so available credit and utilization context are easier to review without mixing them into active payoff balances.
How do bills and debts work together?
Debts and bills can both appear in planning views so upcoming obligations are easier to compare in the same month. This helps users see what is due before deciding where extra money may fit.
What happens when I mark a payment as paid?
The app records the payment activity and updates the related planning views based on the information saved for that debt or bill. Users should still confirm official payment posting with the lender or bill provider.
Can I record extra payments?
Yes. Extra payments can be used to model or record additional progress so payoff timing, interest estimates, and activity history can reflect more than the minimum payment.
Can I use the app without creating an account?
Debt Organizer is designed to support a usable app experience without requiring every user to create an account. Account and backup features may still be helpful for keeping information available across devices or restores.
Why did a reminder not appear?
Confirm notifications are allowed for Debt Organizer in iOS Settings. Then review the due date, reminder lead time, Focus modes, notification summaries, and device state. A reminder needs a valid trigger time before the due date.
What optional iPhone features are supported?
Depending on device and app settings, Debt Organizer can support features such as widgets, relevant live activities, Spotlight results, Siri shortcuts, smart tips, and a privacy lock. Users control the optional features they enable.
Is my financial data shown on the website?
No. The public website does not display personal debt balances, bill amounts, payment history, notes, credit-estimator entries, or private account records.
Where is app information stored?
Saved app information is stored on the user's device and may use Apple-managed sync or backup behavior when those features are available and enabled. The website is separate from private in-app financial records.
How does syncing work?
Where available, the app can use Apple-managed account and iCloud behavior so saved information can remain available across a user's own devices. Availability depends on Apple ID access, iCloud settings, connectivity, and the device.
Why are backups important?
Backups can help restore saved planning information after a device is replaced, restored, damaged, or reset. Confirm account access and backup status before changing devices or deleting the app.
What should I check if data seems missing?
Do not delete the app first. Confirm the intended Apple ID is signed in, iCloud is available, the device has completed setup, and any backup or sync indicator has finished. Recent device or account changes can delay what appears.
Can the Debt Organizer team see my private app records?
No. Support can review what a user intentionally sends through Message Us or email, but private debts, bills, balances, payment history, and saved financial tool records are not automatically visible to the team.
What happens if I delete the app?
Deleting an app can remove local app data from the device. Before deleting or switching devices, users should confirm any account, iCloud, or backup options they rely on are working as expected.
Can I move my information to a new device?
Moving information depends on the user's Apple ID, iCloud settings, device backup, and restore path. Keeping backups and account access active where available makes a new-device setup easier.
Does the website use cookies for analytics?
The website is designed to use privacy-safe aggregate activity measurements without cookies, names, emails, financial records, stored IP addresses, exact location, or device fingerprints.
What is included in Financial Tools?
Financial Tools includes Paycheck Planner, Credit Estimator, Extra Payment Impact, and an advanced Snowball vs Avalanche comparison. Each opens in a dedicated screen with its own inputs and results.
What does Paycheck Planner help with?
Paycheck Planner helps users think through paycheck timing, expected income, and upcoming obligations so bills and debt payments can be planned around when money is expected to arrive.
Is the Credit Estimator an official score?
No. It is an educational estimate and does not reproduce Experian, FICO, VantageScore, lender, or credit bureau models. Confirm credit-report information and decisions with official sources.
What information can the Credit Estimator use?
The estimator can work with account-style information such as balances, limits, account age, account status, payment history context, and scenarios. Results are educational estimates only.
What does Extra Payment Impact show?
Extra Payment Impact helps estimate how adding more than the required payment may affect payoff timing and interest over time. It is meant for planning, not as a lender statement or guarantee.
What is Snowball vs Avalanche?
Snowball focuses on smaller balances first for momentum, while Avalanche focuses on higher APR debts first for interest efficiency. The comparison helps users review the tradeoff in a clearer way.
How should I think about balance transfers?
Balance transfers should be reviewed carefully because fees, APR changes, and payoff timing can affect the result. Users should confirm all transfer terms with the card issuer before making decisions.
What can Zyro help explain?
Zyro can use saved app context and structured tool results to help summarize recent activity, explain payoff timing, compare payment scenarios, and discuss utilization or strategy changes.
Can Zyro summarize recent activity?
When the needed information is saved in the app, Zyro can help explain recent activity in plain language, such as payment timing, extra payment context, and what changed in a selected period.
Can Zyro or a financial tool make mistakes?
Yes. They provide organization, educational estimates, and planning context, not professional financial, legal, tax, investment, or credit-repair advice. Verify important information before relying on a result.
Why are calculations labeled as estimates?
Payoff dates, interest, credit movement, and planning results depend on the information entered, timing, lender rules, compounding, fees, and future changes. They should be used as helpful estimates and verified with official sources.
Where can I check maintenance or service availability?
The Live Status page shows public app availability, maintenance states, Zyro availability, announcements, grace-period timers, and estimated return information when those details are posted.
Where are public announcements posted?
Important public notices, release details, and service updates can appear on the Live Status page when there is something useful for users to know.
How does Message Us work?
Message Us is an in-app support channel and may depend on Apple-managed iCloud services. Support can review only the information intentionally included in the message, not private financial records stored elsewhere in the app.
How can I contact support?
Use Message Us inside the app or email debtorganizerapp@gmail.com. Include the app version, device model, iOS version, affected feature, and a short description of what happened.
What should I avoid sending to support?
Do not send passwords, bank logins, verification codes, Social Security numbers, full account numbers, full credit card numbers, or sensitive financial credentials. Support should not need them.
How can I leave a public App Store review?
Open Debt Organizer on the App Store and use Apple's review option when available. Public reviews help other users understand the app before downloading.
What should I do if the app is not opening correctly?
Check that iOS is up to date, reopen the app, confirm storage and network availability, and review the Live Status page for public notices. If the issue continues, contact support with a short description.
Can I send feature ideas or feedback?
Yes. Users can send questions, comments, concerns, or feature ideas through Message Us or by emailing support. Please avoid sending sensitive credentials or full financial account details.
Where is the official download link?
The official App Store link is available from the website navigation and overview page. Users should download Debt Organizer from the App Store listing linked on the official website.
